Does the Throne of God tremble from divorce?

The hadith narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, "Do not divorce, for divorce makes the Throne tremble," is a fabricated and forged hadith. Many scholars have judged it to be weak and fabricated. Despite the weakness of this hadith, divorce is disliked by Allah Almighty and is only permissible out of necessity. The original ruling on it is prohibition, and the texts indicate that divorce is not beloved to Allah, the Mighty and Majestic.
