What is the reward for the Muezzin and the Iqama-caller?

The Prophetic Sunnah contains what indicates the virtue of the Muezzin (caller to prayer), including:

1. On the authority of Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that no jinn, human, or anything else hears the extent of the Muezzin's voice except that it will bear witness for him on the Day of Resurrection. 2. On the authority of Mu'awiya (may Allah be pleased with him), the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The Muezzins will be the longest-necked people on the Day of Resurrection." Several interpretations have been given for this, including that they are the most yearning for Allah's mercy, or that they are leaders and masters, or have the most followers, or have the most deeds, or are the quickest to enter Paradise. 3. On the authority of Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him), the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If people knew what is in the call to prayer and the first row, and they found no way to get it except by drawing lots, they would draw lots for it." This indicates the great reward of the Adhan and the first row. 4. On the authority of Al-Bara' bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him), the Prophet of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah and His angels send blessings upon the first row, and the Muezzin is forgiven for the extent of his voice, and everything wet and dry that hears him testifies for him, and he has a reward similar to that of those who pray with him."

The previous Hadith also include the virtue of the Iqamah (call to commence prayer), because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) called the Iqamah "Adhan" by saying: "Between every two Adhans there is a prayer," meaning between the Adhan and the Iqamah. A specific Hadith regarding the virtue of the Iqamah was narrated on the authority of Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever calls the Adhan for twelve years, Paradise becomes obligatory for him, and for his Adhan every day, sixty good deeds are written for him, and for each Iqamah, thirty good deeds."
