Which was created first: the heavens, the earth, the angels, or the jinn?

The earth was created before the heaven. Then the heaven was created. Then the earth was flattened out and its water and pastures were brought forth. The flattening out of the earth was after the creation of the heaven. However, the creation of the earth was before the creation of the heaven, according to the text of the Quran. The creation of the angels was before the creation of the heavens, the earth, and the jinn. Some narrations indicate that they were created after the creation of the Throne.
