Will a person be held accountable for past sins such as sorcery, sodomy, masturbation, fornication, and neglecting prayers, after having repented and become religiously committed?

If you repent sincerely, fulfilling all its conditions, you become as if you had not sinned. For "the one who repents from sin is like one who has no sin." You will not be held accountable for those sins, neither in this world nor in the Hereafter. Adhere to Allah's law, increase in seeking forgiveness and performing good deeds that expiate sins, and persist in obeying Allah and associating with righteous people. The majority of scholars hold that intentionally missed prayers must be made up, though there is a difference of opinion on this matter.
