Is a tattoo that is easily removed with water considered unlawful (haram) or permissible (halal)?

The forbidden tattooing is piercing the limb with a needle until blood flows, then filling it with substances to make it green. As for body adornment that quickly fades, it is not called tattooing, nor does it fall under its ruling, but it is disliked by some scholars. It is better for a Muslim to abandon such adornments.
