Is "body suturing"—a temporary adornment method in which a thread is passed beneath the dead superficial layers of the skin in the hands and feet without pain or scarring, and which can be removed on the same day—considered a forbidden alteration of Allah's creation?

We have not come across this type of adornment. However, if inserting a needle into the dead layer of skin and placing a thread that is removed within a day or two does not constitute tattooing, and there is no apparent prohibition against it if no harm is ensured, then it is nothing more than temporary adhesive (tattoos) which have been previously permitted with certain conditions.

Nonetheless, consideration remains regarding its placement on areas of ablution (wudu') and ritual purification (tahara), which might prevent water from reaching the skin, thereby hindering the washing of the limb during ablution or ritual bath. If this is the case, then it is not permissible to place it on an area that must be washed during ablution.
