Is it permissible to work in the hairstyling and beautification of non-hijabi women to support the family, given the father's failure to provide basic necessities?

A woman's work in beautifying other women is permissible if it adheres to the Sharia guidelines. Among these guidelines is not to adorn women who display their beauty in front of non-mahram men, based on the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
