Is it permissible, in Sharia, to marry the daughter of a half-sister born to a father who committed an error with the paternal aunt?

It is impermissible for a fornicator or his sons to marry his daughter from fornication, or his granddaughter, or his sister from fornication. This also includes the daughter of his sister from fornication. This is the view of the majority of jurists and the most cautious opinion. However, this prohibition does not make her a mahram to him; thus, it is not permissible for him to be in seclusion with her or to look at her.
