Is the Adhan heard in the Prophet's Mosque considered reprehensible (makruh)?

The Adhan of the Madinan Sanctuary cannot be described as disliked, because it is sunnah for the Adhan to be performed with deliberation, a moderately raised voice, and beautification. What is disliked is affectation in the Adhan, excessive melodiousness, elongating letters, or stretching what should not be stretched. The Adhan of the Madinan Sanctuary has not reached the disliked level of affectation, nor have the people of knowledge and understanding condemned it.
