Does anything fall upon the employee concerning the previous years in which he worked under the group system, knowing that the authorized person was aware of it and did not object, and that working with this system ceased immediately upon the issuance of a circular prohibiting it?

All praise is due to Allah for guiding you and for your steadfastness in prayer and good deeds. Be diligent in earning a lawful livelihood, and know that piety is the cause of all good. This is because customary permission is like explicit permission, and the satisfaction of the responsible authority takes the place of explicit declaration. However, after the circular was issued to abandon this system, it is obligatory to adhere to the circular and abandon it.
