Is what is meant by the "wrath of the wrathful" in the Hadith, "And whoever is pleased, to him is pleasure; and whoever is wrathful, to him is wrath," the wrath of Allah? And does wrath erase the good mentioned in the Hadith, "If Allah wills good for His servant, He afflicts him"? And is grumbling considered wrath? And is grumbling, despite joy in the reward, considered wrath?

"And whoever is displeased, then for him is displeasure" means that whoever dislikes Allah's affliction and is not content with His decree, then his recompense is Allah's displeasure and severe punishment. This does not contradict the permissibility of seeking well-being and medical treatment.

Expressing pain and suffering is permissible, and speaking with a doctor or counselor about an illness is not blameworthy, as long as it does not reach the point of being displeased with destiny. What is blameworthy is exaggerating groaning and excessive panic.

It is recommended to frequently ask Allah for well-being, sincere repentance, and righteous deeds.
