Will the brother who compelled his sister to wear the hijab be sinful if her husband later permits her to remove it after marriage, believing that he will be held accountable for that, and how do we reconcile this with the hadith: "A woman will take four with her to the Fire: her brother, her father, and..."?

The wording mentioned: "A woman takes four with her to Hell: her brother, her father, and..." is not a Hadith and has not been reported in any authentic or weak Hadith sources. Furthermore, it contradicts Allah's saying: "And no soul earns but what is against it, and no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another," and His saying: "Every soul, for what it has earned, will be detained." Nevertheless, Allah has obligated parents and husbands to discipline and reform their families, based on His saying: "Protect yourselves and your families from a Fire," and the Hadith: "Each of you is a shepherd and each of you is responsible for his flock." It is incumbent upon a Muslim to strive in reforming their family, and if they exert their utmost effort, the obligation falls away from them, and the sin rests solely on the disobedient one.
