Is a marriage considered valid after verbal and physical reconciliation more than three times?

The Shari'ah has limited divorce to three times, after which the husband does not have the right to take his wife back unless she marries another man and he consummates the marriage with her, and then he divorces her or dies.

The questioner should not approach his wife as long as he has acknowledged that three or more divorces have occurred. He must consult the Sharia court to examine the matter of these divorces, and he must repent to Allah for his shortcomings.
