Are there internal Islamic centers for behavioral reform of children, especially for those who are 16 years old and have strayed from the religion and been affected by negative Western behaviors?

When a child reaches puberty, efforts must be made to guide him and encourage him to be righteous. The most important means to achieve this are: frequently supplicating for him, urging him to utilize his time and energy in memorizing the Qur'an and reading books of encouragement, biographies (Sirah), stories of the prophets, and accounts of the pious predecessors. He should also be encouraged to associate with committed friends and avoid the company of evildoers, and to maintain congregational prayers. Furthermore, efforts should be made to cooperate with neighbors to establish a program for teaching children and helping them memorize the Qur'an and Islamic sciences. It is also important to hasten his marriage early to a righteous woman, and to encourage him to observe voluntary fasting before marriage.

He should be encouraged to continue his studies by motivating him morally and materially, explaining the importance of learning and its benefits in this world and the hereafter, and rewarding him with prizes when he succeeds in his academic levels.

The son has become accountable and is responsible for himself. The responsibility of the parents remains to guide him using the aforementioned means, along with sincere repentance if there was any prior negligence in his upbringing, and a keenness to raise the rest of the children with a righteous upbringing.
