What is the ruling of the Shari'a on a wife who is unfaithful to her husband due to her father's sexual harassment of her, which led to her psychological illness?

If a man harasses a woman and she is not the cause of it, she is not described as treacherous, nor is there any sin upon her. However, if she was the cause of it, she is sinful. As long as she has been afflicted with a psychological illness, her husband should be patient with her and strive to treat her. What happened has no effect on her marriage except for the necessity of her husband performing istibraa' (a waiting period to ensure no pregnancy) before he has intercourse with her. We caution against the gravity of incest, as it is among the major sins for which the guilt is immense.
