Is it permissible for a Muslim female student to continue studying physical therapy at an Israeli university, a program that requires exposing some parts of the body for practical training in front of foreign students, even with an attempt to exercise as much caution as possible?

If the course of study requires exposing any part of the body in front of non-mahram men or disbelieving women, then it is impermissible to continue in it. One must seek an alternative; otherwise, this study should be abandoned, for there is nothing comparable to safety. This is affirmed by the words of Allah Almighty: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out" and the Hadith of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Indeed, you will not abandon anything out of fear of Allah, Glorified and Mighty is He, except that Allah will give you something better than it."
