The answer

Here is the ruling on studying in mixed universities and on mixing in general, as well as the ruling on dissecting cadavers and its regulations. It is permissible to expose the 'awrah (private parts) of a cadaver for a benefit if it is necessary, and it is obligatory to cover the grave 'awrah if possible. As for physical therapy, its ruling is the same as that of contemporary medicine: it is permissible to expose the 'awrah and touch it out of need and necessity, if the therapist is certain of the benefit of this method and cannot treat by any other means.
