Is a Friday Prayer and its two sermons sufficient if they only last ten minutes?

Shortening the Friday sermon is a sign of the preacher's understanding (fiqh), and it is the guidance (hady) of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Its aim is to prevent listeners from becoming bored and to help them retain what is being said. However, this shortening should not be so extreme as to render it useless to people. Rather, it should be moderate, striking a balance between excessive length and destructive brevity. A very short sermon, lasting only a few minutes, including the prayer, does not indicate understanding (fiqh). Instead, it may indicate ignorance and a deficiency in both the prayer and the sermon.
