Who is Al-Kallabadi, and what is the book "Bahr Al-Fawa'id," famously known as "Ma'ani Al-Akhbar"?

Al-Dhahabi said of Al-Kalabadi: He is the Imam, the Hafiz, Abu Nasr Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Al-Husayn Al-Bukhari, one of the Huffaz of Transoxiana, of good understanding and knowledge, and knowledgeable about Al-Bukhari. He authored the book "Bahr Al-Fawa'id, known as Ma'ani Al-Akhbar," in which he collected traditions about hearts and acts of devotion, and explained their meanings. He did not commit to the authenticity of the hadiths he cited.
