Is there a view that suffices with washing the skin and hair roots on the hands and feet without washing the entire hair, and is there a view that permits ghusl from janabah without introducing water into the ear?

Regarding the issue of hair on the hands and feet: if it is light, such that water reaches its roots without the need for intermingling (takhleel), then intermingling is not obligatory. It suffices to wash the skin first, then the hair roots secondarily. Simply by water flowing over the limb, the washing of the hair roots is achieved.

As for the ears: it suffices for water to flow over their outer and inner surfaces.
