Is drawing manga and its characters with their full features, and incorporating some imaginary powers, forbidden? And is drawing manga permissible without including anything that violates morals and Islam?

It is permissible to draw animate beings in their complete form for the purpose of producing purposeful comic stories, prioritizing the prevailing benefit, and some scholars consider it to be dislikable (makrooh tanzeehan).

As for introducing imaginative power into stories, there is no harm in it as long as it does not contradict the Islamic creed, such as claiming any of the characteristics of Lordship (Rububiyyah) or Divinity (Uluhiyyah) for the characters in the story.
