Is it permissible to use zakat funds collected to support Islamic work as gifts for Muslim students not residing in Ukraine?

These funds collected from Muslims are spent on acts of righteousness and charity, invigorating and supporting the call to Allah Almighty, and supporting needy Muslims, especially students of Islamic knowledge, to assist them in continuing their studies. If your use of these funds is in these and similar areas, then there is no harm in that, as they were collected precisely for this purpose.
