Enjoying dolls and similar things is forbidden. The alternative is to return to sound human nature, be content with a female as a wife, occupy one's time with acts of obedience and good deeds, and supplicate, while feeling Allah's constant watchfulness. Also, frequently read books that encourage good deeds and warn against evil, and associate with righteous people. As for looking at men, it is originally permissible unless there is fear of temptation, in which case one must lower their gaze from anyone they fear being tempted by.
