Does a divorce issued with the intention of vexing the wife count, knowing that it is the final divorce?

It is not permissible for a wife to seek divorce without a legitimate Shar'i excuse, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Any woman who asks her husband for divorce without any strong reason, the scent of Paradise will be forbidden to her." If the wife threatens her husband with a weapon to divorce, the divorce does not occur unless the conditions for coercion are met, which are: the ability of the one threatening to carry out his threat, the fear of the one being threatened that it will be carried out, that the threat be of killing or causing injury to a limb, and that the one being threatened has no escape from divorce. If the divorce occurs and it completes the three divorces, then the wife becomes unlawful to her husband until she marries another man and he divorces her after consummation. As for marital infidelity, it is forbidden and one must repent from it.
