Is it possible to find a solution for an 18-year-old young man who has strong sexual urges and wishes to stay away from fornication and indecency, yet cannot stop masturbating, even during the nights of Ramadan?

Masturbation is forbidden, and it is only permissible for one who genuinely fears falling into zina (unlawful sexual intercourse), as a way to avert the lesser of two harms.

It is recommended to fast to curb desire, and to supplicate frequently, asking Allah to protect you from the evil of the ear, eye, tongue, heart, and private parts.
