Does the cessation of the torment of the people of Hellfire align with divine justice, given that the deeds of created beings are themselves created and have a measure, while eternal punishment has no measure?

Allah's saying: "Indeed, everything We created with a measure" is intended to affirm Allah's pre-ordainment (Qada') and divine decree (Qadar), not the annihilation of creations. The misconception that justice is negated by the eternal damnation of the people of hellfire is refuted by the fact that the wickedness of disbelief and disbelievers is ingrained in their hearts and will not disappear. Thus, the torment is eternal, commensurate with their deeds, "a fitting recompense." The notion of the annihilation of hellfire is an innovated saying that is impermissible to believe in or attribute to the أهل السنة (People of the Sunnah).
