The aforementioned issues are:

The Akdariyya Issue: This involves a husband, a mother, a grandfather, and a full or paternal sister. In it, the sister is allotted half, and the sister and grandfather are treated as residuaries, with the male receiving the share of two females. It is called "Akdariyya" because it deviated from Zayd ibn Thabit's principle of not assigning a share to the sister and complicating the issue.

The Mushtaraka (Shared) Issue: This involves a husband, a mother, two or more uterine siblings, and one or more full brothers. In it, the full brother is originally excluded, then he is made to share with the uterine siblings in their third, due to their shared relation to the deceased through the mother.

The Malikiyya Fard (Maliki Allotment): It derives its name from Imam Malik's non-contravention of Zayd's ruling on it. It involves a paternal brother along with two or more uterine siblings, where the paternal brother is excluded, and the grandfather takes the full third.

Shibh al-Malikiyya (Resembling the Malikiyya): In this, the brother is a full brother and is also excluded. It is annexed to the Malikiyya.
