Is it permissible to repeat the Adhan twice if the loudspeakers do not work or the electricity is cut off during the first Adhan?

There is no objection to repeating the Adhan if people did not hear it and were not informed of the entry of the prayer time, because the Adhan was legislated for informing and for worship. The presence of multiple muezzins in one place is permissible, and it may be permissible for one person to repeat the Adhan if the mosque is spacious and the Adhan was not heard in another part of it.
