Is the husband considered sinful because his wife did not respond to his request to quit her job and relocate, and because she does not fully adhere to covering her awrah during prayer, and because she refuses to have more children?

It is the husband's right upon his wife that she reside with him wherever he resides, unless she stipulated otherwise. She must move with him and not leave the house without his permission, otherwise she would be considered disobedient (nashiz). It is not permissible for the wife to refuse procreation without a legitimate excuse, for her husband has the right to desire children. The condition for prayer attire is that it be modest, along with a clarification of the ruling on a woman covering her feet during prayer. There is no blame upon the husband for keeping his wife despite these transgressions, as long as he advises her and reminds her of her duties.
