What is the wisdom behind the repetition of the stories of 'Ad and Thamud and Abraham's guests in the Quran?

The Glorious Qur'an encompasses the most magnificent forms of eloquence, the most potent challenges of inimitability (i'jaz), and the most beneficial methods of expression. The repetition of a single story in multiple places within it serves various purposes: From the perspective of eloquence, it is to highlight a single meaning through diverse forms and varied styles. From the perspective of inimitability, presenting the same content in multiple forms while the Arabs were incapable of producing even one such form makes the challenge more profound. From the perspective of exposition, it draws attention to the story, instills a sense of its importance, allows for reflection upon it, and firmly embeds it in the soul. Among the wisdoms also is that each context is suited to the surah in which it appears, in terms of length, brevity, elaboration, and conciseness.
