ما صحة وتفاصيل قصص زواج النبي بريحانة بنت زيد، وعمرة بنت يزيد، والشنباء بنت عمرو الغفارية، وهل هي مذكورة بأسانيد صحيحة في تاريخ الطبري؟
Rayhanah bint Zayd, may Allah be pleased with her, is likely to have been among the ملك اليمين (those rightfully possessed). Some biographers have suggested that she was among his wives. The view that she was a concubine is strengthened by the Hadith of Anas, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would visit eleven women: his nine wives, in addition to Mariyah and Rayhanah, may Allah be pleased with them.
As for Amrah bint Yazid and Al-Shanba bint Amr Al-Ghifariyah, their accounts have been mentioned without a sound chain of narration. They are among the women about whom it was narrated that he divorced them or proposed to them but did not consummate the marriage with them. Many of these narrations are not authentic, and scholars have refrained from definitively asserting their validity.
