How can one overcome laziness and negligence in performing prayers, especially Fajr prayer and wudu in winter with cold water, and seriously return to repentance?

Prayer is of great importance, and maintaining it is an obligation. Whoever prays sometimes and neglects it sometimes is negligent and remiss. Therefore, do not return to being complacent with it, and remember that it is the first thing a servant will be held accountable for on the Day of Judgment. You must make up the missed prayers, and if you do not know their number, then make up what you predominantly believe to be due. However, if you performed (dry ablution) due to fear of harm from water or due to its unavailability, then you are not required to make up those prayers.
