The answer

There is no harm in mentioning the types of food listed if they are within reasonable limits, fully consumed, do not involve extravagance or excess, and do not cause harm to the person, based on the Almighty's saying: "Say, 'Who has forbidden the adornment of Allah which He has produced for His servants and the good things, pure and wholesome, from the sustenance?'" And based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Eat and drink and dress and give charity, without extravagance or pride." However, if there is extravagance, excess beyond need, or if it burdens the person, then one must limit themselves to what is sufficient.
