A woman's jealousy of her co-wives is something she is naturally predisposed to, and she is not held accountable for it unless she transgresses the bounds of Allah by committing a forbidden act such as injustice, backbiting, or seeking divorce. Natural jealousy that does not exceed the limits of the Sharia is forgiven, and there is no punishment for it. Sometimes, a jealous woman may not be held accountable for what she says or does, because her intellect might be veiled by the intensity of anger resulting from jealousy. The occurrence of jealousy even from the most virtuous women does not render them accountable for it, as long as it does not involve transgressing Allah's law.
