Strive in obedience to Allah, ask Him for well-being, and seek refuge in Him from all evil, while having a good opinion of Him and relying on Him, and dispel these whispers from yourself. What Allah has decreed will be, so take the easy precautionary measures, and do not burden yourself with what is difficult. Persevere in reciting dhikr, such as: "In the Name of Allah, with Whose Name nothing on earth or in the heavens can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing" three times in the morning and evening; and the morning and evening dhikr like reciting Surah Al-Ikhlas and the Two Mu'awwidhat (Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas) three times; and saying "Allah is sufficient for me.
