Is the ḥadīth: "She who does not obey her husband in truth—her prayer is not raised above her head a single span" authentic, and is it a warning, or is the prayer truly not raised?

Ibn Majah narrated from Ibn Abbas that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Three whose prayers do not rise a handspan above their heads," and he mentioned among them "a woman whose husband spent the night displeased with her." Al-Albani graded it hasan. The meaning of the hadith is that the prayer is not accepted, not that it is invalid. The threat mentioned is to be taken literally, and Allah may, if He wills, go back on a threat, but He never goes back on a promise.
