What is the authenticity of the hadith: "Delay them as Allah has delayed them," and what is the evidence for the obligation of a woman praying behind her husband in congregation?

The aforementioned saying, "Delay them (women) from where Allah has delayed them," is not a prophetic Hadith. Rather, it is a statement by Abdullah ibn Mas'ud. Many Hadith scholars have judged that it has no origin attributed to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. The delay of women in prayer behind men is not based on this narration, but on other evidence.
