What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding cosmetic surgery for swollen and sagging eyelids?

Regarding the beautification of body parts by altering their form—whether by reduction, enlargement, increase, or decrease—if the body part is within the accustomed natural creation, the default ruling is impermissibility due to the hadith: "Allah curses those who alter Allah's creation." It is not permissible for a woman to change anything of her creation seeking beauty.

However, if a person has a disfigured appearance and the eyelids are swollen beyond what is normal, there is no objection to limiting the cosmetic surgery to what is necessary, so that it brings them to a state of moderation, provided that this does not involve deception, fraud, or trickery. If the treatment for these swollen and drooping eyelids is non-surgical, but rather through injecting certain substances that remove wrinkles and tighten the injected area, then it appears that this is permissible as long as no side effects result from it.
