What is the ruling on a veiled woman undergoing cosmetic surgery to fatten her legs and hands?

Embellishing and fattening the legs or hands through nutrition or pills is permissible, as it is considered natural growth. However, doing so through surgical operations is not permissible, because it is not for treatment or removal of a major defect, but rather for beautification and seeking attractiveness. This falls under changing Allah's creation, which is from the work of Satan. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the mutanammisat (women who pluck their eyebrows) and the mutafallijat (women who create gaps between their teeth for beauty), those who change Allah's creation, unless it is for a medical necessity or treatment. A Muslim should be content with what Allah has apportioned for them in their appearance, health, and wealth.
