What is the ruling on broadcasting films and TV series in which actresses appear in revealing clothes, exchange passionate kisses, and lie on beds in an indecent manner, and what is the ruling on the actors and actresses who perform these acts?

These actors are sinful for committing these transgressions and openly declaring them, and these media materials are forbidden. Believers must denounce them and command them to repent. Those who are able should address the responsible authorities to stop them. Every Muslim must fear Allah and not look at what is forbidden, and must keep his wife and children away from watching these forbidden materials, for enabling them to do so is a betrayal of those under his care.
