What is the legal ruling on someone who deeply kissed his fiancée, and a small amount of fluid was discharged from him during the daytime in Ramadan after the marriage contract (aqd al-qiran)? And does he owe expiation?

Kissing one's wife with desire during the daytime in Ramadan is impermissible if one does not feel safe from the consequences. If the fluid discharged is madhy (pre-seminal fluid), the more preponderant opinion is that the fast is not invalidated, and nothing is incumbent upon him. However, if it is many (seminal fluid), then his fast is invalidated, and he must make up for it. He must also repent to Allah. Expiation (kaffarah) is not incumbent upon him, as it is only obligatory for sexual intercourse.
