Is changing facial features in photos (such as eye color or skin tone) using graphic software impermissible (haram) or permissible (halal)?

It is not permissible to photograph living beings except for a legitimate Shar'i purpose. It is also not permissible to photograph non-mahram women due to the temptation (fitna) that may result from it. Unlawful pictures must be disposed of. It is not permissible to alter permissible pictures if such alteration leads to a Shar'i prohibition, such as cheating or forgery.
