Is it permissible to keep pictures taken in the past using filters that change the shape of the face, knowing that the use of these filters is forbidden?

Drawing and digital images on devices are permissible and do not fall under the prohibited forms of photography. There is no objection to using programs and filters that alter the shape of the face and keeping those images on devices, provided that the alteration does not involve anything forbidden by Islamic law.
