Would helping a mother with disabled children who was evicted from her home by buying her a house be considered an ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah)?

Contributing to the purchase of homes for widows and orphans is considered among the best forms of charity (sadaqah) and an ongoing charity (sadaqah jariyah), because its benefit is continuous and endures after the death of its giver. Scholars have interpreted sadaqah jariyah as waqf (endowment) and similar deeds whose benefit endures.
