How can the marriage of my 27-year-old daughter to a divorced man 18 years her senior be solemnized, while ensuring her rights regarding the dowry (muqaddam al-sadaq and mu'akhkharuhu), the wedding gift (shabka), and the list of movables?

A religious suitor of good character is the ultimate desire, more honorable for the woman, and better at preserving her rights, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If someone whose religion and character you approve comes to you seeking marriage, then marry him. If you do not do so, there will be tribulation on earth and widespread corruption." The less burdensome the marriage, the more blessed it is. The questioner should hasten to marry his daughter to this man and not let financial rights be an obstacle, provided that the conditions for a valid marriage are met: a guardian, witnesses, and the naming of the dowry.
