How does my sick mother pray in the hospital when she cannot perform ablution (wudu') and there is no dust available for tayammum?

Whoever is unable to use water, may perform Tayammum after the time for prayer begins. The absence of earth within the hospital is not an excuse; rather, it can be brought. If the patient is unable to bring earth, and cannot find anyone to bring it, and fears the prayer time will expire, he should pray in his current state, for Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity. Abandoning prayer on the pretext of inability to use water or the unavailability of an object for Tayammum is a grave error.
