What is the optimal course of action with a wife who suffers from jinn possession, especially when she experiences seizures after hearing the Quran? Should the recitation of the Quran be stopped or continued? Is there a danger of the jinn exiting from her eyes? And is it advisable to return to the husband's home country where exorcists are available?

The believer is rewarded for any affliction that befalls him if he bears it patiently with a righteous intention. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Wondrous is the affair of the believer! Indeed, all of his affairs are good, and this is not for anyone except the believer. If prosperity befalls him, he is grateful, and that is good for him. And if adversity befalls him, he is patient, and that is good for him!" He also said: "No fatigue, nor illness, nor anxiety, nor sorrow, nor harm, nor distress befalls a Muslim, even a thorn that pricks him, but Allah expiates some of his sins thereby."

Be patient with your wife's treatment and increase your supplications during times when prayers are answered. Seek out a reliable raqi (exorcist/healer) who is trustworthy in belief, piety, and commitment. Continue to play the Quran for her, especially Surah Al-Baqarah, and beware of charlatans.
