It has already been explained that the chain of transmission for this hadith is weak. As for the one who repents and turns to Allah Almighty, if he is sincere in his repentance and dedicated and true to it, it is hoped for him that he will not be held accountable for his sin, neither in this world nor in the Hereafter.
