Is each wife entitled to three divorces regardless of the husband's previous divorces from other wives?

The Law has specified divorce as three times for each woman individually. So, whoever marries a woman and divorces her once, then marries another, he possesses the right to divorce her three times. This number is not diminished by the fact that he divorced his first wife only once.
