Is physical separation from the husband and seeking a divorce from him legitimate in a case where I suffer from his lying, laziness, neglect, lack of financial and emotional care, in addition to his addiction to masturbation and watching pornography, and my suffering from sexual frigidity with him?

A wife must obey her husband in what is right and respond to his call to the marital bed as long as she is married to him. Otherwise, she falls under the purview of the hadith: "If a man invites his wife to his bed and she refuses, and he spends the night angry with her, the angels curse her until morning." She is permitted to seek divorce if he does not spend on her or if she suffers clear harm. However, divorce may not always be the solution, especially with children involved. Rather, the matter can be addressed through supplication, patience, advice, and seeking mediation from righteous people.
